• then taking your direction on funding parameters we can advise on and if justified, source grant funding to support your preferred solution


• On your direction we undertake a full Design of your preferred solution(s) where we confirm and optimise the cost-benefit analysis


• Once demonstrated, we lock in the savings target, capital cost, funding arrangements and the installation plan including the monitoring and verification methodology.


• Once installed, we demonstrate the solution is performing to the agreed specification


• We monitor the solution for an agreed period to ensure the savings are sustained.


• We check we have met your needs by asking you to review our performance against our objectives
